1. We do not tattoo minors under the age of 18, even with parental consent.

2. You MUST bring a valid, UNEXPIRED form of ID in order to be tattooed.

Valid forms of ID include Photo ID, Drivers License, or passport.
Anything that does not have your photo on it will not be accepted.

3. Deposits are required to be paid within 24 hours of appointment confirmation, or your appointment will be cancelled.

4. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

5. All appointment reschedules require a 24-hour notice, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to put down a new deposit in order to book again. You may reschedule up to 2 times, but after 2 times you’ll be required to put down another deposit to book again.

6. Please arrive to your appointment 10 minutes early. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will automatically be cancelled. If you do not notify us of your tardiness, your appointment may be cancelled prior to the 10-minute grace period.
